Capacity, not just coping. Helping the staff and parents who care for others, especially SEND children, keep showing up without burning out.

For schools, colleges, early years settings, care providers and SEND parent support groups: staff, leaders and parents caring for others under pressure that doesn't let up.
In education, care and SEND, the pressure comes from the caring itself. The caring can't be paused, and staff and parents can't simply walk away. When staff run on empty, it shows in absence and turnover; when parents do, it shows at home.
Conventional wellbeing advice assumes you can reduce or remove the stressor. Here you often can't, so what decides whether someone burns out or keeps going is their capacity to carry the load. And that capacity can be deliberately built.
Every session is tailored to the audience that books it, starting with a tailoring call.
Options & fees
Prices are starting fees. The final scope and fee are confirmed in a quote after a short scoping call.

Webinar / Talk
60 minutes, online or in person: about 45 minutes of talk, then 15 minutes of live Q&A. Any audience size.
Staff, leaders and parents. It works well on an INSET or training day, at a staff wellbeing event, a support-group meeting or a conference slot. No scientific background needed; accessible without being dumbed down.
An awareness talk, designed to inform and inspire rather than to train. Your staff or members leave understanding their stress differently, with a sense of what they could change, and wanting to know more.
Parent groups? Yes. The examples are tailored to your audience: staff, families or both.
Is it medical advice? No. It's education and lived experience (I'm a SEND parent myself).
Want to go further? The workshop turns this into practical strategies.
Workshop
Half day: about 3 hours, online or in person; a follow-on for groups who've had the talk. Full day: the complete package, in person (typically 10:00–15:30) or online as two 3-hour sessions. Up to 50 people; larger groups by arrangement.
Schools, colleges, early years settings, care providers and SEND parent support groups ready to move from awareness to action. It works well on an INSET or training day, or as a support-group session. No scientific background needed; accessible without being dumbed down.
A practical, interactive workshop: education, with time to apply it. It isn't a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all plan. Capacity is built gradually, and the workshop shows each person where to start. The pressure can't simply be removed, so what makes the difference is the capacity to carry it. This workshop gives staff and parents a practical, evidence-informed way to build that capacity, so they can keep showing up for the people who depend on them.
Haven't had the talk? Choose the full day. It includes everything.
